Education is a gift that will never lose it's value or get used up.
In fact, it's value only increases over time

 As an Education Sponsor,
you will provide school fees, school uniform, lunch at school... and more!

Educational sponsorship means that children have a greater likelihood of ​educational success.

Your Educational Sponsorship ($395/year or $40/mo) provides:

• ALL Tuition and School Fees
• One School Uniform & Sweater
• One Pair of Shoes & Stockings
• A Backpack and Bluebooks (exercise books)
• Lunch at School = One Meal a Day
• Malaria and Basic Medications
• Access to a Health Clinic and Care from a Nurse
• Regular Care and Visits from a Local Ugandan Social Worker
• School Boarding, as needed

Advanced Educational Sponsorships (12 grade+) also include: 

• Senior Secondary:  Textbooks, Calculators, Full Boarding
• Vocational Program:  Tools & equipment, Full Boarding
• Professional Program:  Textbooks, Laptop Computer, Full Boarding

As a Sponsor, You Receive:

• Letters from Your Sponsored Child (2 or more per year)
• Periodically Updated Photos, Videos, & Biography Info
• Periodic Academic Updates
• An online folder of photos, letters, and more for your child

In addition, you have the option to:

• Send Your Child Letters and Photos
• Provide Your Child with Extra Care Items (care items include food, clothing, goats, mosquito nets, bedding)

​How to sign up for (or renew) Educational Sponsorships:

1) Select annual or monthly sponsorship above and select the number of education sponsorships.

2) For specific TRUE Africa children, please write the name(s) of your child in the message box.  You may list up to 2 names. If you want to become the education sponsor for more than 2 specific children, please indicate the number in your subscription and email Julie ([email protected]) with their names.

3) If you will sponsor any TRUE Africa child in need, please indicate the number of educational sponsorships and choose your preferences for gender and/or age (if you have them), and we will connect you with a child(ren) in need.  (You do not need to add a child's name.)
