Sharon is an eager learner and performs well academically. Sharon performed successfully in secondary school and qualified to advanced to Senior Secondary (12th grade/college prep). As a result, her sponsorship needs have increased. She has been sponsored for several years by the same sponsor who still continues to provide support, but she needs an additional co-sponsor or two. Co-sponsoring will help to cover all tuition, fees, uniform, textbooks and full boarding. Sharon's parents are subsistance farmers meaning they grow most of their own food but have no other means of support. Thus, they have been and are unable to provide for Sharon's education. Sharon is at a very good seniorsecondary school near Mukono, Uganda and is on track to achieve her ambition of becoming a journalist.
